We want you to have a great experience with Fuel Good. Due to the nature of our products (fresh and perishable meals), all refund and return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Refundable Cases
Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds in the following situations:

Change of mind

Incorrect order placed by the customer

Delivery failure due to the recipient being unavailable to receive the order
Refundable Cases
Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:

Spoiled or incorrect items delivered

Non-delivery due to our error

Duplicate charges or overpayment
To be eligible, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide supporting evidence (e.g., photos, description of the issue).
How to Request a Refund
To start a refund request, email us at enquiry@fuelgoodmy.comwith your order number and a clear explanation of the issue. If your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on the next steps.
Please do not send any meals or items back to us unless specifically instructed to do so. Returns or refunds not initiated through our official support process will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your order is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on:

Perishable goods (meals, fresh ingredients, etc.)

Customised products (e.g., special requests)

Items on sale or purchased using a gift card

Refund Processing
Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund in your account.
