1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to West Malaysia. Please confirm availability before placing your order.
2. Delivery Schedule
We aim to deliver your meals within the selected delivery time slot. Delays due to traffic or weather may occur.
3. Delivery Fees
Charges depend on your location and order size. All fees are shown clearly during checkout.
4. Post-Delivery Responsibility
We are not responsible for spoilage or loss once the order has been successfully delivered and acknowledged.
5. Wrong or Missing Items
Please report any issues within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof. We will offer a replacement or store credit as appropriate.
6. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery fails due to incorrect address or no recipient, the order is non-refundable. A re-delivery fee may apply.
